Given the current situation and the challenges encountered in providing door-to-door services the decision has been made to suspend this type of service until further notice.We want to assure you that we consider our employee, partners and customers´ health our main priority and we take all necessary actions to limit all risks. Our decision was based on the fact that the service cannot be evaluated either as essential, or as urgent, according to the regulations in force, therefore, providing it is considered a breach of the applicable Military Ordinances and subject to the fine.We reassure you that as soon as the situation allows us, we will resume the activity back to normal.Thank you.Business Lease Romania TeamCommunication update 25.03.2020NEW CAR DELIVERY TIMING POSTPONED DUE TO COVID-19The current situation affects numerous countries and economic areas. The automotive industry is very affected with the collapse of output from Asian suppliers together with car factories across Europe and even some car dealerships closing down.Registration offices have reduced working hours or are closed down entirely.Given this information, the situation and timing of new car deliveries is difficult to interpret. Therefore we are relentlessly working on providing you, our customers, with suitable solutions:

• Due to longer registration times in Bucharest, we are considering the possibility to register new cars in Ilfov county.
• Prolonging the contract for the existing car: we offer our customers with terminating lease contracts the possibility to prolong the usage of the existing car. Please, contact your account manager to discuss and agree on the details.
• Rent car offer: for customers who need to exchange the existing lease car, we offer you to rent a car from our Business Lease Rent fleet.

• Car service: all services needed for reinsurance of car operation are available except of the government closed places.
• Road assistance: no restrictions
• New car handover orders: Due to the fact that many car producers close their production facilities, we expect delays in deliveries of new placed In case of urgent needs, we will look for alternatives on local stocks or cars in the pipeline.

• Administration: Our colleagues are working remotely. They will be able to provide you with all data, reports, documents needed.
