Business Lease has an intake protocol in place, which you can see on this page (Download Ghid).
I have to hand in my car. Should I still have the tires changed?
No, this is not necessary. You do not have to do anything. You can hand in your car on either summer or winter tires.
I have to hand in my car and it is damaged.
If your lease car is insured with Business Lease, the damage must have been reported before you can return the car. If the car is not insured with Business Lease? Then the damage must have been repaired before returning the car. Please also read the intake protocol (Ghid returnare autovehicule).
