I have to hand in my car
Business Lease has an intake protocol in place, which you can see on this page (Download Ghid).
I have to hand in my car. Should I still have the tires changed?
No, this is not necessary. You do not have to do anything. You can hand in your car on either summer or winter tires.
I have to hand in my car and it is damaged.
If your lease car is insured with Business Lease, the damage must have been reported before you can return the car. If the car is not insured with Business Lease? Then the damage must have been repaired before returning the car. Please also read the intake protocol (Ghid returnare autovehicule).
How do I hand in my rental car?
Please call our colleagues at Rent: 0727.367.367. They will sign off the car and arrange for you to come and hand it in.
Am I entitled to a replacement vehicle abroad?
Yes, you are. In certain cases, the costs of the replacement vehicle are passed on or entered on the relevant reservation in the lease contract. This is done if parts are not covered. You can send it to our Damage department via email at damage@businesslease.ro.

My car is damaged.
Please report any car damage as quickly as possible (no later than the next working day) at our Call Center 0727.367.367 or by email damage@businesslease.ro. If your car was damaged by an unknown car or as a result of a break-in or vandalism, you must also report this to the police.  
My car has been stolen.
We are very sorry to hear that! Each theft must be reported to the police and the Call Center as soon as possible (within 24 hours) via telephone number 0727.367.367 or by email damage@businesslease.ro
My window is broken after a break-in.

Who pays the costs of a replacement vehicle in case of maintenance or breakdown?

I have to hand in my car. Should I still have the tires changed?
No, this is not necessary. You do not have to do anything. You can hand in your car on either summer or winter tires.
When do I have to change tires?
According to law you have to use the proper tires whenever the road is coverd with ice, snow or glazed frost.
What is the minimum tread for my tires?
According to law tires should have a tread of at least 1.6mm. Business Lease replace used tires with new ones when the tread wear indicator is equal to or less than 2 mm for summer tires and 3 mm for winter tires.
